Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to oversee office operations and provide support to our team at Advance Career Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document Management: Manage and organize project documentation and records to ensure seamless access and compliance.
  • Communication Facilitation: Facilitate effective communication among project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely project execution.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule meetings, site visits, and project timelines to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Financial Administration: Handle financial documents like invoices and purchase orders to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures to mitigate risks and maintain a compliant work environment.
  • Customer Service: Assist customers and deliver exceptional service to build strong relationships and drive business growth.
  • Administrative Support: Perform general office tasks including filing and data entry to maintain a well-organized and efficient work environment.
Requirements
  • Organizational and Multitasking Abilities: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to perform administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Education and Qualifications: High school diploma required, additional qualifications in office administration preferred.
Physical Requirements
