Job Description:

Supportive Community Innovations is seeking a highly organized and self-motivated individual to fill the role of Administrative Coordinator. This position will provide administrative support to our team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and will involve a mix of direct service hours and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct Service Hours: Provide direct support to clients as assigned by Care Coordinators, with regular clients and a focus on delivering high-quality services.
  • Office Organization: Maintain a clean and organized office environment, including inventory and supply management.
  • Supply Management: Order supplies as needed, including food, cleaning supplies, office supplies, and other necessities.
  • Relief and Break Support: Provide relief and bathroom breaks for RBTs in direct time.
  • Client Support: Fill in with clients as needed and provide support to RBTs during administrative time.
  • Program Materials: Create program materials and stimuli as required.
  • Task Coordination: Coordinate and assign tasks to RBTs during administrative time.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Client Interaction: Ability to work with a wide range of clients and provide high-quality support.
  • Self-Motivation: Highly self-motivated and organized, with a strong ability to work independently.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work well with Care Coordinators and other leaders to achieve team goals.
  • Technical Skills: Skilled in Google Sheets, Forms, and other relevant software.
  • Communication: Self-sufficient in providing, seeking, and responding to feedback.
  • Attitude: Enthusiastic, fun-loving, and positive energy, with a strong commitment to delivering excellent services.
  • Reliability: Reliable and punctual, with a strong ability to adjust to frequent schedule and task changes.
  • Availability: Able to work some evenings and weekends as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Experience in providing direct services to individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Transportation: Valid driver's license and insurance, with reliable transportation.
  • Availability: Flexible availability to meet the needs of the team.
