Position Summary:

The Field Services Operations Manager will be responsible for leading a dedicated team focused on the management and execution of field service initiatives. This role encompasses the planning, organization, and coordination of field operations to ensure that projects are completed efficiently, on schedule, and in accordance with customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and oversee a cross-functional team to ensure timely and accurate completion of field service projects.
  • Define and assign tasks related to field service projects, ensuring clarity in roles and responsibilities for all team members.
  • Conduct financial assessments and provide cost estimates for field service initiatives.
  • Develop and manage budgets based on projected costs for field service operations.
  • Address and resolve inquiries, concerns, and issues raised by customers and team members throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Serve as a key point of contact between the organization, clients, and suppliers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Work closely with sales and engineering teams to align field services with organizational objectives and client needs.
  • Perform risk evaluations and communicate identified risks to management, offering recommendations for risk mitigation, including project termination if necessary.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and organizational regulations, standards, and best practices related to field services.
  • Promote and advocate for new field service projects, programs, and systems to prospective clients.
  • Execute additional related duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's or associate degree in a relevant field such as Business, Engineering, or a technical discipline.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in field services or project management is essential.
  • Possession of PMP, PgMP, CAPM, or similar project management certifications is highly advantageous.
