Position Overview

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Administrative Assistant at Coval Anderson Coval LLC. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing essential administrative support, upholding professional phone communication standards, facilitating client interactions, and assisting with executive administrative responsibilities and clerical tasks. Experience in establishing workflows for enhanced administrative efficiency is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide executive-level administrative support and clerical assistance
  • Maintain professional communication and phone etiquette
  • Utilize technology effectively: proficient in Microsoft Suite, Zoom, DocuSign, Google Suite, and familiarity with at least one CRM system, such as HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Implement workflows between integrated applications
  • Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role is advantageous
  • An Associate's degree in Business is preferred but not mandatory
