In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient execution of various on-site tasks, ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
Your Impact - Key Responsibilities:
1. Quickly communicates any potential issues or customer feedback to the supervisor.
2. Reviews and addresses management and client inquiries through various communication channels including emails, phone calls, and texts.
3. Maintains a strong emphasis on delivering exceptional customer service.
4. Aids in the development of the Site Procedure Guide to accurately document all account processes.
Responsibilities may include:

6. Adapts to changing site responsibilities based on client and division requirements.
7. Ensures customer satisfaction through the effective performance and upkeep of reprographic equipment at client locations.
8. Adheres to established maintenance routines and procedures.
9. Conducts routine equipment maintenance including cleaning, clearing jams, replenishing supplies, and loading paper.
10. Identifies equipment issues and escalates to the service department when necessary.
11. Delivers paper and assists users with basic equipment functionality.
12. Records meter readings and maintains service activity logs.
13. Monitors inventory levels and restocks supplies as needed.
About You:
The Skills & Expertise You Bring:
This is a customer-facing position that requires adherence to customer policies, which may include health and safety protocols.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required, with less than one year of relevant experience.
- Basic computer skills and technical knowledge.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.
- Strong customer service and communication abilities.
- Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work overtime as necessary.
Must take all necessary steps to obtain security clearances required by clients for site access.
May require travel between multiple client locations and possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and spend extended periods standing, bending, walking, reaching, and pulling while performing job duties.
