Job Overview

Position Title: Leadership Development Consultant

Summary: In the role of Leadership Development Consultant, you will collaborate with various organizations to strengthen their leadership skills and cultivate a robust leadership culture. Your primary focus will be on designing and executing leadership enhancement programs, evaluating leadership requirements, and providing coaching to leaders across different tiers to facilitate organizational advancement and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to evaluate their leadership development requirements, pinpoint deficiencies, and comprehend organizational objectives.
  • Create and tailor leadership enhancement programs and workshops that align with the unique needs of the organization and its leadership.
  • Lead training sessions, workshops, and seminars aimed at cultivating essential skills such as strategic planning, team leadership, and emotional intelligence.
  • Offer personalized coaching and mentorship to senior executives and emerging leaders to aid in their personal and professional development.
  • Define metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of leadership development initiatives and monitor advancements in leadership skills.
  • Conduct evaluations to identify leadership strengths and developmental areas, utilizing tools such as 360-degree feedback, personality assessments, and performance reviews.
  • Support organizations in navigating change initiatives and nurturing a leadership culture that promotes transformation and resilience.
  • Remain informed about leadership trends, research, and best practices to ensure that development programs are both innovative and impactful.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related discipline; advanced degrees or certifications in leadership development (e.g., ICF, SHRM) are preferred.
  • 5-7 years of experience in leadership development, executive coaching, or organizational development.
  • Deep understanding of leadership theories and practices, with a proven track record in designing and delivering leadership development initiatives and coaching.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of engaging and motivating leaders and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Skilled in utilizing assessment tools and metrics to evaluate leadership effectiveness and program outcomes.
  • Strategic thinker, adaptable, and proficient in working both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic setting.
