Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to evaluate their leadership development requirements, pinpoint deficiencies, and comprehend organizational objectives.
  • Create and tailor leadership enhancement programs and workshops to meet the unique needs of the organization and its leadership personnel.
  • Lead leadership training sessions, workshops, and seminars aimed at developing essential skills such as strategic thinking, team management, and emotional intelligence.
  • Provide personalized coaching and mentoring to executives and aspiring leaders to facilitate their personal and professional development.
  • Establish metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of leadership enhancement initiatives and monitor improvements in leadership skills.
  • Conduct evaluations to identify leadership strengths and areas for growth, utilizing tools such as 360-degree feedback, personality assessments, and performance reviews.
  • Support organizations in navigating change initiatives and nurturing a leadership culture that encourages transformation and adaptability.
  • Remain informed about leadership trends, research, and best practices to ensure that development programs are innovative and impactful.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related discipline; advanced degree or certifications in leadership development (e.g., ICF, SHRM) preferred.
  • 5-7 years of experience in leadership development, executive coaching, or organizational development.
  • Comprehensive understanding of leadership theories and practices, with proficiency in designing and delivering leadership development programs and coaching.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate leaders and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Skilled in utilizing assessment tools and metrics to evaluate leadership effectiveness and program outcomes.
  • Strategic thinker, adaptable, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
