Research OpportunitiesThe Rosenthal Department of Management is housed within the McCombs School of Business, a top-ranked school that aspires to become the highest-impact public research business school. We provide excellent research support through our strong PhD program, graduate and undergraduate assistants, and extensive research funding.
Our department is home to five thriving centers and institutes: the Center for Leadership and Ethics, the Harkey Institute for Entrepreneurial Studies, the Herb Kelleher Entrepreneurship Center, the Jon Brumley Texas Venture Labs, and the Kendra Scott Women's Entrepreneurial Leadership Institute. We also run the school's one-year Master of Science in Technology Commercialization (MSTC) Program.

We also have world-class facilities, including the AT&T Executive Education and Conference Center and Robert Rowling Hall.
QualificationsWe are seeking a candidate who demonstrates a strong ability for high-quality research that will have a major impact on the field of management. The ideal candidate must also be able to teach successfully at the undergraduate, MBA, and/or executive level. A Ph.D. (or very near completion) from an accredited institution is required. Applicants must have fully completed a Ph.D. at the time of the appointment.
