Job Summary

We are seeking a top-performing Enterprise Account Executive to build and scale our US market presence. As a key member of our revenue team, you will be responsible for prospecting and nurturing larger named accounts - SMB and mid-enterprise customers - who are looking for a better way to connect with their customers and find product market fit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and build relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth
  • Work closely with customers end-to-end throughout their lifecycle - from concept to technical requirements, implementation, adoption, expansion, and paid
  • Collaborate with our Growth team to increase product awareness and drive customer engagement
  • Nurture and follow up with customers to share relevant use cases, gather requirements, and guide them through implementation plans
  • Work with our Product and Engineering teams to share feedback and feature requests
  • Maintain pipeline data and account information in our in-house CRM
Requirements
  • 13+ years of experience in a closing role, preferably in SaaS, IT, or B2B technology companies
  • Proven track record of new business development, including prospecting, cold calling, and networking to generate leads and expand the customer base
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, with a proactive and innovative approach to sales, and a willingness to experiment with new strategies and approaches
  • Strategic thinker, capable of developing and executing strategic sales plans that align with company objectives and market trends
  • Autonomous and self-motivated, with a strong passion for the product and industry, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships
  • Risk-taker and resilient, with a high tolerance for ambiguity and the ability to navigate uncertainty
