Job Summary:

SymphonyAI is seeking a highly skilled Senior Enterprise Account Manager to drive revenue growth and expand business within existing accounts. As a Senior Enterprise Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts, developing strategic relationships, and driving revenue growth through the sale of our IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Proven Track Record: Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in the IT industry.
  • Deep Understanding of ITSM: Deep understanding of ITSM concepts, frameworks, and best practices.
