About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Executive to join our Enterprise Solutions team at Dell Technologies. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at our customers' organizations
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and technical support, to ensure alignment and effective sales execution
  • Provide sales leadership and guidance to junior sales team members
Requirements
  • At least 5 to 8 years of experience selling technology solutions
  • Expert knowledge of market trends that impact our customers
  • Outstanding customer management and strategic selling skills
  • Strong communication, collaboration, negotiation, and executive presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambitious environment
What We Offer

Dell Technologies is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The Total Target Compensation (TTC) range for this position is $243,950 - $315,700 (includes base salary and commissions with a 60/40 split).
