As the Senior Vice President of Community Engagement, you will provide operational leadership and strategic oversight to ensure the fulfillment of CCMC's commitments and service standards.

CCMC is a premier community management firm focused on large-scale developments.

We are expanding our team and are in search of a seasoned and innovative Senior Vice President of Community Engagement to drive our initiatives and elevate our communities.

In this pivotal position, you will:
Oversee the execution of CCMC's commitments and service standards for a designated client portfolio
Manage a team of community leaders to ensure operational excellence and integrity
Evaluate regular management outputs to guarantee compliance with standards and timelines
Facilitate operational readiness by ensuring that site teams fulfill contractual obligations consistently in line with CCMC's standard operating procedures
Develop a flexible, responsive, and respected team with a strong sense of urgency and a dedicated focus on client needs
Effectively communicate and share information within your team to align priorities and ensure satisfactory progress towards CCMC's vision
Lead relevant meetings and provide necessary research and reports
Monitor key performance indicators and service level objectives to ensure deliverables are met and client expectations are satisfied
Adopt a proactive approach to community management, anticipating future client requirements and sharing best practices
Engage in community meetings and events as necessary to maintain high visibility with clients
Foster client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and open communication
Address and resolve conflicts in a timely and professional manner for all parties involved
Implement action plans for retaining at-risk clients, including stepping in as acting community manager when necessary
Participate in the community transition process and support existing client proposals.
Assess the implications of federal and state regulations and effectively train site teams and clients
Enhance job knowledge by staying informed about new regulations, engaging in educational opportunities, reading professional literature, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations
Perform other related duties as assigned

Thorough knowledge and interpretation of all CCMC policies, procedures, culture, and philosophy

What we seek:
Five years of experience in community management
Three years of experience in managing large-scale communities
Experience in a similar leadership/executive capacity (highly preferred)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
Master's degree in business or a related field (highly preferred)
Appropriate state license and industry certifications
CAI PCAM designation (highly preferred)
CAM license required upon hire in Florida and Georgia (within 90 days of hire in all other states)
Effective communication skills
Strong understanding of financial processes, budgeting, and financial statements
Exceptional computer proficiency
Willingness to travel as required
