Role Overview:

The Senior Vice President of Operations will be responsible for managing the daily functions of the Parts and Service divisions across various locations, ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness. This position demands a strategic leader capable of sustaining existing processes while recognizing and executing enhancements.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee P&L management and monitor KPI outcomes
  • Formulate and enforce operational guidelines and protocols
  • Set and evaluate success indicators
  • Engage in strategic planning and decision-making with senior management
  • Assist finance teams with billing and collections processes
  • Guide and develop team members, promoting a positive workplace culture

Required Qualifications:

  • Capability to collaborate with diverse personalities and influence without direct authority
