Role: Product Marketing Manager

In this position, you will collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to develop essential products for our merchants. Your contributions will be vital in pinpointing new market prospects and formulating go-to-market strategies for launching innovative products and features. You will take charge of devising launch strategies, product positioning, and messaging to unlock new sales avenues and enhance value for our existing clientele. This role offers a unique chance to engage across the organization with significant ownership, accountability, and visibility to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish feedback mechanisms with cross-functional stakeholders to define product scope and assess market fit.
  • Lead go-to-market planning for new product launches, including positioning, messaging, competitive analysis, persona development, marketing campaigns, and sales enablement aimed at driving awareness and adoption.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to execute cross-functional marketing initiatives aligned with growth objectives for major product launches.
  • Own product positioning and messaging to facilitate customer acquisition and engagement.
  • Work with Brand and Content teams to create marketing materials and content that support product awareness and customer engagement goals.
  • Become an internal authority on market dynamics, understanding competitive landscapes to identify unique differentiators and market opportunities.
  • Foster positive relationships across the organization, leading cross-functional projects effectively.
  • Monitor, assess, and report performance metrics to internal stakeholders and leadership.

Minimum Qualifications

  • A blend of creative intuition and analytical mindset is essential.
  • Proficient in data analysis to evaluate market opportunities and inform pricing strategies.
  • Skilled at multitasking and thriving in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Data-driven, capable of setting objectives, measuring outcomes, and utilizing data for decision-making.
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and a commitment to supporting small business growth.

Experience Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in Product Marketing Management.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in a startup environment, focusing on marketing, sales enablement, or product development.
  • Experience in SMB marketing and the restaurant sector is advantageous.

Education Requirements

  • BA/BS degree is required.

Compensation:

  • The base salary range for this role is $100,000 - $120,000.
  • This salary range is one component of a competitive compensation package that includes a company stock plan.
  • Offers will reflect the candidate's location and experience.
