In this capacity, you will oversee our Marketplace segment, enabling football enthusiasts to purchase jerseys, official merchandise, memorabilia, tickets, and a variety of football-related items through our platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the product development initiatives for the Marketplace segment within OneFootball's framework.
  • Act as the vital connection between product teams and market insights.
  • Lead efforts to understand and categorize our customer demographics, thoroughly exploring their journey and discovery processes.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive narratives, and dynamics to guide strategic choices.

Strategic Planning:

  • Formulate product go-to-market strategies, overseeing their implementation and necessary adjustments.
  • Evaluate funnel dynamics to enhance product offerings and stimulate growth.
  • Collaborate closely on branding and pricing strategies to maintain market relevance.
  • Synchronize marketing initiatives with the overarching product strategy to maximize effectiveness.

Communications and Customer Relationship Management:

  • Craft the go-to-market narrative and foster strong relationships with our business units.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on initiatives and campaigns that drive demand and cultivate community involvement.
  • Empower fan engagement and community building across the OneFootball ecosystem.
  • Lead customer lifecycle management projects, focusing on improving engagement and conversion rates.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the customer journey and conversion behaviors to inform strategic marketing and product development initiatives.
