Position Summary:
MMC Inc. is in search of a Marketing Technology Specialist to enhance, integrate, and support various marketing technology systems, processes, and products that facilitate the execution of strategic business development initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the marketing technology operations, including CRM, email, marketing automation, and website management.
- Collaborate with team members across the organization to design, test, and launch emails, web forms, and landing pages.
- Ensure CRM data integrity by overseeing and processing contact updates, returned mail, email bounce backs, and subscription preferences.
- Provide administrative support for mailing list creation, maintenance, and tracking within the CRM.
- Generate CRM reports and dashboards to monitor and analyze campaign performance and website metrics.
- Assist in creating technical documentation, instructional videos, and training materials.
- Schedule and test technology updates and enhancements.
- Conduct website updates, maintenance, and testing.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional research abilities.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, technology, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience, ideally within a professional services or legal environment.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (Pardot preferred).
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with a geographically diverse team.
- Highly organized and self-driven.
- Eagerness to learn and master new technologies.
- Capability to follow established processes while suggesting improvements for operational efficiency.
