Role Summary:
This position reports to the Product Marketing Director and involves overseeing the Product Marketing strategy for our Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS) portfolio, including primary GIS and ring main units (RMU) tailored for the US market.

Key Responsibilities:
The Product Marketing Manager will:

  • Develop and execute the local go-to-market strategy, articulating product value propositions and positioning in alignment with the global marketing strategy.
  • Focus on achieving targets related to demand orders, growth margin percentage, net price variance, Net Promoter Score (NPS), inventory turnover, and on-time delivery.
  • Assess market opportunities and coordinate activities across local divisions and business units to align with overall strategic goals.
  • Ensure balanced growth across all product lines and business units, driving product demand through technical promotion and value-based selling.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, with an MBA being advantageous. Candidates should possess over 8 years of experience in technical marketing or sales, along with a comprehensive understanding of the electrical industry.

Successful candidates will demonstrate strong technical acumen, business management skills, and financial literacy, along with a proven track record of effective cross-organizational collaboration and communication.
