  • Engage with the New Product Development team to discover, design, develop, and launch premium power tools.
  • Collaborate with Sales Channel Leaders to devise and implement marketing strategies that optimize sales for existing products while exploring new market and product growth opportunities.

Market Analysis and Forecasting:

  • Evaluate and project the market potential for current product lines across various sales channels.
  • Research and quantify the possibilities of new markets and products within our sales channels.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing and/or new product development.
  • 3+ years of experience in power and/or hand tool manufacturing is essential.
  • Strong comprehension of the power tool market, including customer requirements, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Demonstrated success in product launches and marketing initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a knack for influencing and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems, analytics tools, and digital marketing channels.
