Responsibilities:

* Manage and analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights
* Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Salesforce
* Track key commercial metrics and provide timely and accurate data
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and reporting efficiency
* Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, or related field
* 2+ years of experience in sales operations or related function
* Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Attention to detail and strong analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications:

* Knowledge of Salesforce reporting and system design
* Proficient in advanced Excel functions
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines

Compensation and Benefits:

Pay starting from $80,000-85,000 per year.
