Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst - Business Operations to join our team at Chenega MIOS SBU. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for coordinating, accounting, planning, and administration functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Provide business management functions, including budgeting, financial analysis, and planning and control of funding and allocation of funding.
  • Business Process Analysis: Provide support to the business and management elements of logistics support, including the analysis and creation of defined business and operations controls and processes.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management and stakeholders, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and policies, identifying and mitigating potential risks to the organization.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as accounting, finance, or business administration.
  • Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis, planning, and management.
  • Certifications: DoD Financial Certification Level II preferred.
  • Clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance required.
Preferred Skills
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
  • Financial Systems: Familiarity with financial systems, including IRIMs, cPROBE, GFEBS-SA.
