Data Intelligence, LLC is seeking full-time Business Management Analysts at various experience levels: Junior, Journeyman, and Senior. These roles will be focused on supporting critical business operations.

This position will involve providing daily assistance to CISA's Asset Management Program and its Property Officers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gathering and documenting property, financial, and contractual information using the SAMS system to oversee CISA property throughout its lifecycle.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and consistency of organizational data within the system of record.
  • Generating business reports that deliver insights into essential data points and trends.
  • Utilizing software applications such as Microsoft Excel and Power BI for data analysis and report preparation.
  • Monitoring and evaluating key performance indicators to achieve objectives.
  • Supporting the development and delivery of training materials for CISA personnel regarding their responsibilities.
  • Contributing to the formulation and upkeep of processes, procedures, and controls that facilitate CISA operations.
  • Conducting regular reviews of database records to ensure data quality and precision.
  • Effectively communicating analysis results in both written and verbal formats.

Senior Level Requirements:

  • MA/MS degree
  • 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience with high-visibility or mission-critical program aspects
  • Ability to perform all functional duties independently
  • May supervise less experienced staff and/or be accountable for the performance of all personnel assigned to a specific task
  • Secret level security clearance

Journeyman Level Requirements:

  • BA/BS or MA/MS degree
  • 3-10 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to perform all functional duties independently
  • Secret level security clearance

Junior Level Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Assisting senior staff and/or performing functional duties under supervision
  • Secret level security clearance
