Position Overview:

The National Video Investment Media Supervisor is a full-time role that plays a crucial part in our media buying and investment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and recommend tactical plans while managing negotiations across various media channels.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of both online and offline marketing principles, along with media terminology.
  • Evaluate media plans for National TV linear, cinema, and video on demand (VOD).
  • Compile data to generate reports, including Rankers and Dimensions.
  • Collaborate with essential partners, including Client Operations, Strategy, Analytics, and external agencies.
  • Assist in writing presentations, budget management, and audience development.
  • Analyze data to guide purchasing decisions and channel allocation, preparing post-buy documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with client guidelines and budget constraints during content screening.
  • Lead strategic planning initiatives, including presentation writing and audience development.
  • Oversee daily campaign execution, ensuring alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Support the development of strategic approaches by delivering channel insights and leveraging historical performance data.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client counterparts, managing day-to-day interactions.
  • Mentor and develop Associates and Senior Associates.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred, ideally in marketing, advertising, communications, business, sociology, or consumer insights.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant media buying experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of National Video management, including Digital video and Broadcast TV.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across diverse teams.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas creatively.
  • A proactive approach to learning and developing innovative solutions.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a capacity for unconventional thinking.
  • Negotiation and influence skills grounded in industry knowledge.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in team management is advantageous, with a focus on coaching and development.
