Position Summary:

As a Supervisor, Client Lead at PMX, you will play a pivotal role in navigating the dynamic landscape of Local Media. Your expertise will be crucial in crafting market-specific strategies that enhance client outcomes while minimizing inefficiencies. Join our team to contribute to the success of our esteemed client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee Local Video, Audio (including streaming), and OTT plans, ensuring effective connections between clients and their consumers. You will manage project timelines and ensure high-quality deliverables from your team.
  • Directly supervise assigned Negotiators, focusing on their professional development, time management, and performance evaluations.
  • Collaborate with Central Exchange Analysts and other teams to fulfill client requests for local audio, video, and OTT investments within specified timelines.
  • Participate in internal strategy sessions and client meetings to stay informed about client needs and represent our local media offerings.
  • Manage local media schedules to align with client specifications, guide Negotiators on client inquiries, and oversee invoice reconciliation processes.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion in investment strategies, supporting initiatives like the 4As Fair Play Charter.
  • Provide training and mentorship to Senior Negotiators and Negotiators.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Local Media Investment or Media Planning.
  • Strong attention to detail and proficient mathematical skills.
  • A proven leader who embodies approachability, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, along with familiarity with industry-specific software.
  • Comprehensive understanding of local media measurement tools.
  • Ability to deliver compelling presentations and effectively communicate concepts and opportunities.
