As a seasoned professional in media investment, you understand the dynamic nature of Local Media and its critical role in delivering market-specific strategies that enhance outcomes while minimizing inefficiencies. At Publicis Groupe, you will discover a unique opportunity to contribute to our esteemed client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Local Video, Audio (including streaming) and OTT strategies that effectively connect clients with their target audiences. You will manage the execution of these plans across various channels, ensuring your team meets deadlines and maintains high-quality standards.
- Directly supervise assigned Negotiators, focusing on their professional development, time management, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with Central Exchange Analysts, Specialists, and PGD teams to fulfill client requests for activating investments in local audio, video, and OTT across designated markets, adhering to client specifications and timelines.
- Participate in internal strategy sessions and external client meetings as necessary to stay informed about client needs and represent our local offerings.
- Manage Local Product by reviewing media schedules to ensure compliance with client guidelines, guiding Negotiators on client-specific inquiries, developing client protocols, and overseeing invoice reconciliation processes.
- Promote multiculturalism and diversity in investments, championing initiatives such as the 4As Fair Play Charter.
- Provide training and mentorship to Senior Negotiators and Negotiators.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Local Media Investment or Media Planning.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Proven leadership abilities, characterized by approachability, collaboration, responsibility, and accountability.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, along with familiarity with HMX, OX, Prisma SWAD, and Tapscan.
- In-depth understanding of local media measurement tools such as Nielsen and Comscore.
- Skilled in delivering polished presentations and effectively packaging and promoting concepts and new opportunities.
