Position Summary:As a Supervisor, Client Lead at PMX, you will harness your expertise in media investment to navigate the dynamic realm of Local Media. This role is crucial in delivering market-specific strategies that enhance client outcomes while minimizing inefficiencies.
Join our esteemed team and contribute to impactful work for our distinguished client portfolio. PMX engages across various local media channels, including Television, Radio, Streaming Audio, and Digital Video (OTT/CTV/VOD).
Your role as a Client Lead will involve acting as the primary liaison between our clients, internal teams, and the ever-evolving marketplace.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee Local Video, Audio (including streaming), and OTT plans that effectively connect clients with their target consumers.
- Directly manage project progress, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Supervise and mentor assigned Negotiators, focusing on their skill development and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with Central Exchange Analysts, Specialists, and PGD teams to fulfill client requests for local audio, video, and OTT investments.
- Participate in internal strategy sessions and external client meetings to stay informed about client needs and represent our local offerings.
Review local media schedules to ensure compliance with client guidelines, assist Negotiators with specific inquiries, and manage invoice reconciliation processes. You will also prepare client-ready presentations highlighting market opportunities.
Advocate for multicultural and diversity inclusion in investments, supporting initiatives such as the 4As Fair Play Charter.
Qualifications:- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Local Media Investment or Media Planning.
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency in mathematical analysis.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities, characterized by approachability, collaboration, and accountability.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, along with familiarity with HMX, OX, Prisma SWAD, and Tapscan.
- In-depth understanding of local media measurement tools, including Nielsen and Comscore.
- Ability to deliver polished presentations and effectively communicate concepts and new opportunities.
