Position Overview:


The Media Investment Supervisor is responsible for media purchasing and investment strategies, ensuring our clients receive the best options for integrated media plans that maximize reach to targeted audiences across various channels.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for data and a proven track record in leading effective buying strategies.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and recommend tactical plans while negotiating across various channels.
2. Possess a comprehensive understanding of online and offline marketing principles and media terminology.
3. Collaborate with essential partners, including Client Operations, Strategy, Analytics, and external agencies.
4. Assist in creating presentations, managing budgets, and audience development.
5. Analyze data to guide purchasing decisions and prepare post-buy reports.
6. Ensure content aligns with client guidelines and budget parameters.
7. Lead strategic planning efforts, including presentation development and audience targeting.
8. Oversee daily campaign execution, ensuring alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs).
9. Contribute to the development of strategic approaches and experience design by delivering channel insights and leveraging historical performance data.
10. Cultivate strong relationships with client counterparts and manage daily interactions.
11. Mentor and develop Associates/Senior Associates.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in marketing, advertising, communications, business, sociology, or consumer insights.
2. Minimum of 3 years of relevant media buying experience.
3. Extensive knowledge of National Video management (Digital video and Broadcast TV) and Digital platforms (Display, Video, Social, Mobile, etc.).
4. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with diverse teams.
5. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to simplify complex ideas creatively.
6. Openness to learning and developing innovative solutions.
7. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a capacity for unconventional thinking.
8. Proficient negotiation and influence skills, grounded in industry and competitive knowledge.
9. Proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
10. Keen attention to detail.
11. Previous experience in team management is a plus, with a focus on coaching and development.
