Position Summary:
We are seeking a Supervisor to enhance our Investment team, dedicated to supporting the growth and demand of PMX Lift products. This role offers invaluable experience in the rapidly evolving Advanced TV sector, providing high visibility with leadership and the opportunity to collaborate across diverse client brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the strategic planning of Lift campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Collaborate with the Audience Enablement team to identify and define key strategic audiences.
- Request and evaluate proposals from media vendors to optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Strategically allocate budgets based on client goals and audience insights.
- Present recommendations to agency teams, detailing tactical approaches and strategic justifications.
- Partner with the Activation team to facilitate successful campaign launches and monitor pacing.
- Work closely with the Analytics team to establish measurement frameworks, conduct quality assurance on post-campaign reports, and derive actionable insights.
- Foster positive relationships with all internal and external stakeholders involved in PMX Lift initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for enhancing current procedures and processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an agency or media environment, with client-facing responsibilities.
- Experience managing direct reports.
- Proficient knowledge of Advanced TV, including Addressable TV, DDL, or OTT.
- Familiarity with Advanced TV platforms and vendors.
- Ability to leverage campaign reporting tools and internal databases to inform media strategies.
- Technical proficiency in media systems, including Microsoft Office and Prisma/MediaOcean.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
