Role Summary:

What You Will Do:
The Media Investment Supervisor will concentrate on media purchasing and investment strategies, providing exceptional service to our clients through the development, execution, and oversight of integrated media plans. The goal is to secure optimal investment opportunities across diverse channels to enhance reach to targeted audiences. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in leading media buying initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and recommend tactical plans, ensuring effective negotiation across relevant channels.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of both online and offline marketing principles, along with a solid understanding of media concepts.
  • Assist in evaluating media plans for National TV linear, cinema, and video on demand (VOD).
  • Compile data to generate reports, including Rankers, Dimensions, and overnights.
  • Collaborate with essential partners, including Client Operations, Strategy, Analytics, and external agencies.
  • Support deck creation, budget management, channel allocation, and audience development.
  • Analyze data to guide purchasing decisions and channel allocation, preparing post-buy documentation.
  • Screen content in accordance with client guidelines and budgetary constraints.
  • Lead strategic planning efforts, including deck creation, budget management, and audience development.
  • Oversee daily campaign execution, ensuring campaigns meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Contribute to the development of strategic approaches and experience design by delivering channel insights linked to historical performance and market opportunities.
  • Foster strong relationships with client counterparts and manage daily interactions.
  • Oversee the management, development, and mentorship of Associates and Senior Associates.
Qualifications:

What You Need:

  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred, ideally in marketing, advertising, communications, business, sociology, or consumer insights.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant media buying experience.
  • Extensive understanding of National Video management, including Digital video and Broadcast TV, as well as Digital channels (Display, video, Social, Mobile, etc.).
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across various teams.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify and creatively present complex ideas.
  • A willingness to learn and innovate solutions that challenge conventional thinking.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with an unconventional approach to proposing solutions.
  • Negotiation and influence skills, backed by industry, brand, and competitive knowledge.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively, delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in team management is desirable, with the ability to coach and develop others.
