As a Consultant / Senior Consultant, you will serve as a functional expert across Blue Matter, playing a crucial role in identifying analytical solutions tailored to complex client challenges.

Key Responsibilities

As an integral member of cross-functional teams, you will develop and implement project plans that support initiatives such as:

  • Forecasting solutions for assets at various stages
  • Conducting primary market research (quantitative, qualitative, and mixed methods)
  • Defining project scopes
  • Creating research tools
  • Managing vendor relationships for quantitative tools and program recruitment
  • Analyzing and synthesizing raw data
  • Developing models as needed
  • Crafting compelling narratives, including deliverable presentations
  • Analyzing third-party raw data (e.g., MMIT, IQVIA)
  • Creating Budget Impact Models to support strategic initiatives
  • Building traditional pharmaceutical Gross-to-Net models
  • Projecting government pricing impacts
  • Estimating financial projections related to reimbursement policy changes
  • Simulating payer/provider contract strategies
  • Conducting inpatient DRG analyses
  • Performing cost threshold analyses for NTAP applications
  • Providing analytics for patient services programs
  • Supporting business development and licensing analytics

Desired Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven expertise in quantitative modeling for pharmaceutical assets
  • Experience in executing quantitative primary market research
  • Understanding of U.S. coverage, payment, and pricing dynamics
  • Familiarity with financial dynamics in U.S. care settings
  • Advanced analytical skills, particularly in quantitative modeling
  • Knowledge of key third-party data sets related to provider and payer access
  • Ability to translate complex data analyses into impactful client presentations
  • Strong communication skills for both internal and client interactions

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degrees (PhD, MD, MBA, or MS)
  • A minimum of 4 years of quantitative analytical experience
  • Proven ability to merge business acumen with industry knowledge to create innovative solutions
