Role Summary:
The Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) team seeks an experienced leader to spearhead our Consulting and Analytics division, focusing on the North America Merchant Everyday Spend segment. This segment encompasses Visa's Bill Pay and Financial Services, Dining/Restaurants, and Digital Platform Services clientele. The ideal candidate will be tasked with selling, delivering, and executing high-value consulting and analytics initiatives tailored to this diverse and expanding client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage proactively with Visa leadership in strategic discussions, managing a robust pipeline of innovation and sales opportunities within the North America Everyday Spend sector.
  • Oversee the scoping, selling, and execution of client engagements, collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team comprising Directors, Managers, and Analysts.
  • Create frameworks and methodologies that effectively address significant industry challenges and client needs.
  • Design and implement solutions and actionable insights that facilitate client growth and enhance business performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams at Visa to realize our comprehensive advisory services and product strategies.
  • Work alongside internal Data Science teams to explore innovative solutions for clients and advance our data strategy.
  • Ensure quality assurance in the development of client insights and recommendations, enhancing client performance and strategic direction.

Candidate Profile:
Applicants should be self-driven, accountable, and detail-oriented, capable of delivering strategic insights and impactful solutions. The ability to cultivate long-lasting relationships with both internal and external stakeholders is essential.

Work Environment:
This role operates in a hybrid model, allowing for a blend of remote and in-office work, with expectations to be present in the office 2-3 days a week based on business requirements.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 12 years of professional experience with a Bachelor's Degree, or 10 years with an Advanced Degree, or 5 years with a PhD.
  • Preferred: 15+ years of experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 12 years with an Advanced Degree.
  • Extensive experience in Management Consulting, Analytics, and the Merchant Industry.
  • Proven expertise in Bill Pay, Financial Services, and Digital Platform Services.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging with senior executives.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed.

Additional Information:
This position may require occasional travel and will be performed in an office setting, necessitating standard office equipment usage.
