  • Utilize a solid understanding of compliance and risk management standards relevant to the area.
  • Assist in the development of our complex reporting data infrastructure.
  • Analyze extensive and intricate data sets to uncover patterns and trends, using this information to formulate insights and recommendations for senior management.
  • Manage daily ad-hoc reporting and support tasks.
  • Execute monthly processes promptly.
  • Provide cross-functional support within the team as required.
  • Support complex projects and analyses across the legal department.
  • Establish standardized data processes and measurable metrics within the team.
  • Create automated dashboards and scorecards to assist the internal team and legal department.
  • Adopt a consulting and solution-oriented mindset within the team.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in analytics or equivalent experience through a combination of work, training, military service, or education.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Legal eBilling and matter management systems, including report generation and data analysis.
  • Extensive knowledge in research and analytical methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and perform under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Effective teamwork and collaboration skills across all organizational levels.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • At least 3 years of experience with SQL.
  • 3+ years of experience with data visualization tools (such as Tableau or Power BI), including hands-on experience in building and maintaining visualizations.
  • 3+ years of experience using Alteryx or similar data preparation and blending tools.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
Work Expectations:
  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule.
  • Relocation assistance is not available for this position.

Compensation:

The base pay range for this position is $84,000 to $179,200. Compensation may vary based on factors such as skills, experience, and location.
