We are in search of a Senior People Analytics & Workday Specialist II to play a pivotal role within our People Analytics team. In this capacity, you will work closely with various stakeholders throughout the organization to create and implement people analytics that improve our reporting capabilities via self-service and automation. Your role will involve establishing an analytics practice that can assess large, intricate data sets and deliver predictive analyses and insights.

This position presents an exciting opportunity to significantly shape our people analytics strategy, requiring a creative and adaptable mindset. Key deliverables will include the development of data products such as dashboards and models for People business metrics and insights, including headcount, attrition, diversity, and engagement, along with analytics roadmaps and change management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the delivery of comprehensive analytic solutions for a critical area of the organization.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to formulate analytic roadmaps focused on insights that foster growth.
  • Simplify complex data insights into engaging narratives for a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Utilize extensive Workday experience to develop, maintain, and enhance analytics and reporting capabilities, creating advanced dashboards that provide clear, actionable insights into essential People metrics.
  • Support strategic planning and councils by delivering effective employee data, research, and insights.
  • Engage with the analytics community, representing the organization while staying informed on trends and best practices.
  • Refine our reporting processes to ensure scalability, leveraging Workday and other analytical tools.
  • Identify, define, and execute high-impact analytics projects.
  • Generate and present timely and accurate People business metrics for internal stakeholders, including executive leadership and finance teams.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on People data, highlighting trends and providing in-depth analysis.
  • Ensure strong data integrity and accuracy while continuously enhancing processes.
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement and contribute hands-on where necessary.

Basic Qualifications

  • 7+ years of professional experience focused on analytics and people/HR data.
  • Demonstrated expertise with Workday, particularly in people reporting and analytics.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively across various stakeholders and organizational levels.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the technology sector.
  • Experience in creating executive-level dashboards using visualization tools such as Tableau.
  • Familiarity with data warehousing platforms.
