  • Handle daily ad-hoc reporting and support tasks.

  • Establish standardized data processes and measurable metrics for the team.
  • Create automated dashboards and scorecards to assist the internal team and legal department.

Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in Analytics, or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with Legal eBilling and matter management systems, including report generation and data analysis.
  • Extensive knowledge and expertise in research and analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, achieve objectives, and work effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Capability to collaborate effectively within a team and across all organizational levels, emphasizing flexibility and adaptability.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • 3+ years of experience with SQL.
  • 3+ years of experience using data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) with practical experience in building and maintaining visualizations.
  • 3+ years of experience with Alteryx and/or data preparation and blending tools.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).

Compensation:

The pay range for this position is reflective of the base salary offered. Compensation may vary based on factors such as skills, experience, and work location. The listed range is just one aspect of the overall compensation package provided to candidates.
$84,000 - $179,200.00
