KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
In this position, you will support software-focused consulting teams in both the enhancement of existing intellectual property and the development of new knowledge assets. You will engage in commercialization initiatives alongside business leaders, contributing to marketing strategies, conferences, and publications. As a Lead Knowledge Consultant, you will also play a vital role in onboarding, mentoring, and guiding junior team members, while sharing best practices across the team. Your contributions will be instrumental in enhancing our capacity to leverage both your expertise and BCG's extensive knowledge for our consulting teams working with leading software firms.

QUALIFICATIONS
- A minimum of 2 years of consulting experience in the software industry focusing on product management, or at least 3 years of direct product management experience; prior consulting experience or 4-6 years of relevant industry experience is preferred.
- A Bachelor's Degree is required (advanced degree is advantageous).
- Proficiency in English is essential; additional languages are beneficial but not mandatory.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage with both internal and external stakeholders in a collaborative global team environment.
The Knowledge Team at BCG comprises functional and industry experts who utilize their deep domain knowledge to provide insights for case teams and clients. Team members are aligned with BCG Practice Areas, actively contributing to the strategic agenda and developing cutting-edge IP data tools/assets to deliver valuable insights.
Members of the Knowledge Team are involved in case work, co-creating insights with case teams and clients through expert perspectives on industry trends, delivering proprietary data or tools, and conducting complex market research and analysis. They also support business development and proposals while organizing and codifying knowledge to ensure BCG delivers exceptional business value to its clients.
