KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Implementing the SharePoint environment, integrating various applications, and establishing document libraries.
  • Managing user accounts, overseeing access to document libraries, and configuring permissions.
  • Conducting routine maintenance of the SharePoint environment, servers, and intranet.
  • Diagnosing and resolving SharePoint-related issues or malfunctions.
  • Offering SharePoint support and training for end-users.
  • Executing data retrieval and backup processes to safeguard against data loss.
  • Ensuring adequate storage capacity through regular clean-ups and data archiving.
  • Analyzing usage and activity reports to enhance user experiences.
  • Maintaining network infrastructure, including managing encryption, security zones, and firewalls.
  • Staying informed about SharePoint advancements and performing necessary updates and upgrades.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in a SharePoint administration role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Windows operating systems, SQL Server, Power BI, PowerShell, and Office 365.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint tools, including ULS Logs, workflows, and SharePoint forms.
  • Exceptional collaboration, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management capabilities.
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
  • Bachelor's degree in business management from an accredited institution.
EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS
  • Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States. Sponsorship is not available.
  • Must successfully pass a background screening process.
SECURITY CLASSIFICATION
TS/SCI Security Clearance is required.
