Your Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a SharePoint Developer and client stakeholders to design and implement effective SharePoint solutions that align with mission objectives.
  • Manage and build content for SharePoint-enabled sites, ensuring adherence to knowledge management principles for optimal organization and maintenance of web content.
  • Develop custom lists and maintain document libraries to facilitate efficient information sharing.
  • Establish a permissions-based site structure, applying appropriate access controls to SharePoint lists, surveys, and document libraries.
  • Conduct testing to ensure the functionality of SharePoint solutions, addressing any issues that arise.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for SharePoint sites as required.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with SharePoint versions 2010 through 2019 or SharePoint Online.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Knowledge Management practices.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively gather and track client requirements for SharePoint site architecture.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Access.
  • Experience in web development or collaboration with web developers to enhance SharePoint functionalities.
  • Understanding of the Department of Defense's organizational structure.
