We currently have an opening for a SharePoint/Software Tester position. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting digital transformation initiatives for our government clientele.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including the definition, preparation, and execution of testing strategies, test cases, and testing methodologies.
  • Collaborate closely with Business Analysts for requirements gathering, analysis, project planning, and testing activities.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 6-10 years of experience in functional web testing, including the development and execution of test plans.
  • Proficiency in SharePoint On-Prem/Online, with the capability to conduct role-based security testing on SharePoint solutions.
  • Experience in UI/UX testing, crafting test plans, and testing SharePoint/Power Apps.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps or Microsoft Test Manager, along with test automation experience.
  • Previous exposure to Agile methodologies, particularly SCRUM.
  • Strong organizational skills, self-motivated, and quick to learn new concepts and applications.
  • Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines to ensure timely application deployments during sprints.
  • Communicate effectively with both requirements and development teams to fully comprehend intended functionalities and conduct system testing.
  • Create test cases/plans and user scenarios based on specified requirements.
  • Develop and maintain testing procedures to validate functional requirements.
  • Establish and uphold traceability matrices linking functional requirements to test cases.
  • Conduct requirements analysis and execute/debug test cases.
Clearance Requirement:
Candidates must be eligible to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
