  • Design, develop, implement, and maintain scalable Microsoft SharePoint sites, applications, workflows, and web parts.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in using SharePoint APIs and web services, including REST and SOAP.
  • Diagnose and resolve SharePoint issues effectively.
  • Conduct code reviews and assist with testing to uphold high-quality standards.
  • Exhibit strong communication and management skills to collaborate with teams of developers, stakeholders, and business users in defining and documenting solutions based on requirements.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Business Information Technology, or a related field, with a proven track record of academic excellence.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in implementing large-scale Custom MS SharePoint solutions.
  • Familiarity with Agile and other Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) models, with experience in Scrum teams.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with strong customer interaction, requirements analysis, presentation, and system design capabilities.
  • Robust programming experience with .NET, C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related front-end technologies.
  • A strong commitment to contributing to the success of a rapidly growing practice.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Significant experience and expertise with Power Apps (Model-driven and/or Canvas), Power Automate, Power Pages, and Power BI.
Additional Requirements:
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States as a US Citizen; visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
  • Successful completion of a background investigation and drug screening is required.
  • Willingness to work from FI and/or client offices as needed.
