We currently have an opening for a SharePoint/Software Tester position. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting digital transformation initiatives for our government clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including the formulation, preparation, and execution of testing strategies, test cases, and testing protocols.
  • Collaborate closely with Business Analysts for requirement gathering, analysis, project planning, and testing activities.
Essential Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 6-10 years of experience in functional web testing, including the creation and execution of test plans.
  • Proficiency in SharePoint On-Prem/Online, with the capability to conduct role-based security testing on SharePoint solutions.
  • Experience in UI/UX testing, along with expertise in writing test plans and testing SharePoint/Power Apps.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps or Microsoft Test Manager and test automation practices.
  • Previous exposure to Agile methodologies, particularly SCRUM.
  • Strong organizational skills, self-motivated, and capable of quickly learning new concepts and applications.
  • Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines to meet deployment schedules during sprints.
  • Engage with both the requirements and development teams to fully comprehend intended functionalities and conduct system testing.
  • Create test cases/plans and user scenarios based on specified requirements.
  • Develop and maintain testing procedures to validate functional requirements.
  • Construct and uphold traceability matrices linking functional requirements to test cases.
  • Conduct requirements analysis and execute as well as troubleshoot test cases.
Clearance Requirement:
Candidates must be eligible to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
