Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, manage, and develop content for SharePoint-enabled sites.
  • Implement knowledge management strategies to organize and maintain website content, including SharePoint lists and document libraries.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create SharePoint solutions that meet specific mission requirements.
  • Establish a permissions-based site structure and apply access controls to SharePoint lists, surveys, and document libraries to ensure secure information sharing.
  • Conduct testing to verify the functionality of SharePoint solutions.
  • Assist in maintaining comprehensive documentation for SharePoint sites.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with SharePoint versions 2010 through 2019 or SharePoint Online.
  • At least 2 years of experience in knowledge management practices.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively gather and track client requirements for SharePoint site configurations.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Access.
  • Experience in web development or collaboration with web developers to enhance SharePoint functionalities.
  • Understanding of the Department of Defense's organizational structure.
