Position Overview:
FI Consulting is a distinguished Microsoft Independent Software Vendor (ISV) and Cloud Solution Partner, recognized for our innovative products and successful client solutions leveraging Microsoft SharePoint, O365, Power Platform, and Dynamics 365. We are in search of seasoned SharePoint Consultants eager to advance their careers within a dynamic team of Microsoft business applications experts.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Utilize your extensive knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint architecture, administration, and development to provide tailored solutions for clients.
  • Engage independently or collaboratively on diverse aspects of Microsoft SharePoint development and implementation projects, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, customization, testing, integration, analytics, reporting, user readiness, and production support.
  • Evaluate and comprehend client business processes, objectives, and challenges, and assist in implementing effective solutions.
  • Conduct functional workshops with clients, document requirements, and devise suitable solutions.
  • Collaborate with the internal product team to create Power Platform offerings that can be deployed across multiple clients.
  • Effectively communicate and translate technical concepts for non-technical clients and business leaders.
  • Work alongside FI domain experts to showcase product and custom solution prototypes to potential clients.
  • Continuously enhance technical skills by staying abreast of emerging Microsoft technologies and applying this knowledge to elevate the firm's capabilities.
  • Oversee activities related to the development of customized solutions that automate and optimize process execution, providing users with real-time analytical data.
  • Implement tools, best practices, and metrics to support the development and performance management of future solutions, enhancing the capabilities of the FI team.
  • Ensure the security and confidentiality of company and client data, preventing unauthorized disclosure.
  • Design, develop, implement, and maintain scalable Microsoft SharePoint sites, applications, workflows, and web parts.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in using SharePoint APIs and web services, including REST and SOAP.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint-related issues.
  • Conduct code reviews and assist with testing to uphold high-quality standards.
  • Exhibit strong communication and management skills to collaborate with teams of developers, stakeholders, and business users in defining and documenting solutions based on requirements.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Business Information Technology, or a related field, with a proven record of academic achievement.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in implementing large-scale custom Microsoft SharePoint solutions.
  • Familiarity with Agile and other SDLC models, with experience working in Scrum teams.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with strong customer interaction, requirements analysis, presentation, and system design capabilities.
  • Robust programming experience with .NET, C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related front-end technologies.
  • A commitment to contributing to the success of a rapidly growing practice.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Significant experience and expertise with Power Apps (Model-driven and/or Canvas), Power Automate, Power Pages, and Power BI.
Additional Requirements:
  • Authorization to work in the United States as a US Citizen.
  • Successful completion of a background investigation and drug screening.
  • Willingness to work from FI and/or client offices as required.
