Job Summary: We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Administrative Coordinator to join our tax team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our senior accounting staff and assist with various tasks related to tax return assembly, document scanning, and electronic file maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collate and print tax returns, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain and update electronic files, adhering to strict security protocols.
  • Index and scan documents, utilizing strong organizational skills.
  • Provide telephone and front door coverage during peak periods.

Ideal Candidate: We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven individual with a minimum of 1 year experience in a professional role as an administrative/executive assistant or similar title. Strong working experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook is essential. Overtime (paid) is mandatory during busy tax seasons.

Benefits: Competitive salary range: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
