Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Support tax preparation and filing by maintaining accurate records and documents.
  • Collaborate with staff to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Provide front desk coverage, including answering phones and greeting clients.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 year of administrative experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook is essential.
  • Familiarity with Lacerte, Doc.It, and SafeSend is a plus.
  • Mandatory overtime during peak seasons is expected.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include paid time off and opportunities for professional growth.
