Business Development Manager

Mount Indie is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to lead capture efforts for DoD opportunities. This role requires a proactive and proven business development professional who can communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to pursue DoD/USSF opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have a track record of success leading winning captures and proposals for complex US government service and hardware opportunities. They will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive capture strategies and plans, leading cross-functional teams, and coordinating seamless collaboration between various functional groups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive capture strategies and plans
- Lead cross-functional teams through all phases of the capture lifecycle
- Coordinate seamless collaboration between various functional groups
- Perform strategic analysis and decision-making
- Develop winning strategies and discriminators
Qualifications:
- Experience managing and leading winning proposals to the US Government valued over $50M
- Experience managing and leading winning capture efforts for US Government contracts valued over $50M
- Trained and competent in proposal management and capture management
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Excellent organizational, planning, and execution skills
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Technical field with a minimum of 5 years' experience in business development activities
- Experience with collaboration and customer relationship software, such as SharePoint and Deltek CRM (desired)
- Advanced capabilities and experience in MS Office Suite of products
