Job Overview

Integrity Fire Safety Services is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Sales Consultant to join our team in Colorado. As a key contributor to our company's growth, you will be responsible for securing testing and inspection services with Property Managers, Building Engineers, and Facility and Maintenance Supervisors for commercial, multi-family, medical, government, and other building types.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new sales within a territory
  • Create leads and make calls to create new relationships
  • Engage with Property Managers, Building Engineers, and Facility and Maintenance Supervisors to service their portfolio
  • Follow up with potential prospects and convert them into ongoing, profitable, and satisfied customers
  • Manage each step of the sales process, from identifying prospective customers to negotiating rates and communicating with customers
  • Successfully navigate and use Integrity Fire's web-based quoting and CRM systems
  • Develop existing customer accounts while constantly looking for new customer opportunities

  • Occasional/Hybrid - occasional office attendance will be expected
  • Must have reliable transportation - you'll be driving a lot (and we pay for it)

Job Type: Full-time

Potential Earnings: $52,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
