About the Role

Franklin University is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Vice President, Financial Services and Investments. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of the university.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Vice President, including coordinating meetings, preparing materials, and managing correspondence.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files, both physical and electronic.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars, and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Process and manage expense reports, invoices, and other financial documents.
  • Develop and maintain spreadsheets and other financial reports to track departmental expenses and ensure compliance with university policies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, including responding to phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of projects and initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of university policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and accuracy in all administrative tasks.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience as an administrative assistant or coordinator.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
