Position Overview

We are currently seeking a qualified candidate for the role of Division Vice President in our operational market. The Division Vice President will oversee the daily management of the assigned associations, ensuring a balanced division. Moreover, the DVP will collaborate with the Division President in training and supervising the division personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure optimal client satisfaction by addressing the needs of each assigned Board and Community.
  • Act as a Community Manager for designated accounts, encompassing all responsibilities outlined in the Community Association Manager role.
  • Recruit, select, train, and oversee division staff.
  • Assist the Division President with strategic initiatives and operational tasks.

Qualifications Required:

  • Maintain necessary licensing in certain states.
  • Possess a minimum of 2 years of prior leadership experience.
  • Have at least 2 years of relevant Community Management experience.
  • Exhibit professionalism, organization, and self-motivation.
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Exhibit proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
