This position emphasizes four primary areas: 1) Crafting and refining the company's 'Always Forward' Long-Range Plan, 2) Overseeing cross-functional projects aligned with strategic priorities, 3) Leading impactful strategy initiatives that support critical objectives, and 4) Offering insights on external market influences. The ideal candidate should be an outstanding leader with exceptional communication abilities, a commitment to continuous learning, and a robust background in international retail.
