Position Overview:
The Vice President of Regional Operations plays a crucial role in the success of up to 12 branch managers across their designated region.
This position encompasses all facets of sales, profitability, and employee and agent relations within the assigned territory.

The challenge lies in boosting profits and fostering growth by mentoring and developing proficient Branch Managers while overseeing their sales and management efforts.

Accountable for overall net agent growth and enhanced profitability, with a concentrated focus on all real estate activities within the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support branch managers to drive sales and operational excellence.
  • Analyze market trends and implement strategies to increase market share.
  • Foster strong relationships with agents and employees to enhance engagement and performance.
  • Monitor financial performance and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications:


A recognized leader in real estate with a minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in sales and management; a proven history of sales success and established leadership credibility.

A skilled manager and motivator with the ability to effectively guide all organizational levels; adept at training, inspiring, and leading branch managers and sales associates.

A strategic thinker with exceptional project management capabilities, capable of analyzing unique challenges and devising innovative solutions.
Results-oriented with strong business acumen and demonstrated experience in profit and loss management.
An outstanding communicator with excellent interpersonal skills; a persuasive presenter with strong public speaking abilities.

Education:
A four-year college degree in a business-related field is preferred; must be a licensed real estate agent.
