Corporate Human Resources Manager

The Corporate Human Resources Manager is integral to our HR Department, managing daily operations and aiding the organization in fulfilling its objectives. The successful candidate will cultivate strong partnerships throughout the organization and deliver impactful solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee and execute HR projects and strategic initiatives
  • Serve as a specialist in labor relations and collective bargaining processes
  • Address employee relations matters and ensure equitable treatment for all staff
  • Formulate and uphold HR policies and protocols
  • Assist in the administration of employee surveys, leave management, and workers' compensation
  • Facilitate HR functions including engagement assessments, recruitment, and performance reviews
  • Provide guidance on benefits administration and adherence to employment regulations
  • Ensure the confidentiality of employee information

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Proven expertise in labor relations and collective bargaining
  2. Knowledge of HR policies, employment legislation, and compliance standards
  3. Ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting
  4. Strong communication and organizational capabilities
  5. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
  6. 7+ years of progressive experience in HR
  7. Experience in both unionized and non-unionized settings
  8. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR information systems
